Do I receive cashback on all purchases?
Yes, you will receive value on your Quebramar club card for all purchases made in-store and online;
What is the cashback value?
The cashback value applied is 10% for all purchases;
Does the balance have an expiry date?
Yes, it has a validity period of 30 days;
In case of returns or cancelled orders
The cashback earned will be removed, and the cashback used will be reinstated to your card.
If I have enough balance, can I pay for my purchase entirely with cashback?
No, the maximum usage limit is up to 20% of the total purchase value;
Can I transfer my cashback to another person?
No, it is a personal and non-transferable value;
How do I know if my cashback is already available?
You will receive an SMS with this information.
You can also check your balance in your customer area, after logging in and accessing your "Personal data";
When will my balance be available?
For an in-store purchase, your balance is available immediately after payment. For an online purchase, your balance is available as soon as your order is invoiced.
How to use my card balance online?
To use your club card balance, when finalizing your purchase, it will appear in point 3 - Payments, and you will need to click on "Use balance".
